The Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech presents Mindful Mondays - Tai Chi at the Garden on Monday, February 11, 2019.

Elizabeth Spillman of Mindful Arts will lead a donation based Tai Chi class at the Peggy Lee Hahn Pavilion for our new series Mindful Mondays.

Starting January 14th through April we will have guided Tai Chi on every other Monday from 12:00-1:00 pm. Join us for a relaxing lunchtime break to learn more about this mindful exercise.

This class is open for anyone to attend. Half of the donations will go to the Hahn Horticulture Garden!

A parking pass is required to park in the Hahn Garden Visitor Lot. Come early to grab a pass from the pavilion and find a place to park.
