The Atlantic Coast Conference presents the 2019 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships start on Thursday, February 21, 2019 through Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Virginia Tech Rector Field House.

Thursday Schedule:
• 11:00 am: Heptathlon: #1 Men 60 M
• 11:00 am: Heptathlon: #2 Men Long Jump
• 11:00 am: Heptathlon: #3 Men Shot Put Final
• 11:00 am: Heptathlon: #4 Men High Jump
• 11:30 am: Pentathlon: #1 Women 60 M Hurdles
• 11:30 am: Pentathlon: #2 Women High Jump
• 11:30 am: Pentathlon: #3 Women Shot Put
• 11:30 am: Pentathlon: #4 Women Long Jump
• 11:30 am: Pentathlon: #5 Women 800 M
• 6:00 pm: Women's Distance Medley Relay
• 6:30 pm: Men's Distance Medley Relay
