Floyd County Parks & Recreation Authority presents the 1st Annual Floyd County Kite Festival on Saturday, March 16, 2019.
Join us to celebrate and enjoy the winds of March with our first Floyd County Kite Festival! This family fun event is for all ages. With food vendors, music, kite making, flying activities and more, we’ll celebrate the pending spring by having our kites take to the air!
