Winterfrost Farm presents their 8th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Horseback starting on Friday, April 12, 2019 through Sunday, April 14, 2019.

Hunt for Easter eggs in a whole new way! This is one of our most popular annual activities! Enjoy an hour trail ride where you see how many eggs you can spot along the trail. Don’t worry you will not be getting on and off your horse. Make sure to keep count of how many eggs you saw because the rider closest to the actual eggs hidden will win a prize.

Children under the age of 7 years old are too young to ride on the trail. The under 7 year old option is for them. This option is available for kids that are too young to ride on the trail rides by themselves. We will have a volunteer lead your child on a 20-30 minute ride while your child looks for the hidden Easter eggs along the way. Parents you will be free to take photos and help your child if needed. Note: The child does not get off their horse, eggs are visible from horseback.

Rides are $45.00 a person for one hour for those ages 8 and above. Children under the age of 7 years old can participate in an aged appropriate ride for $25.00.

All proceeds go to the Ride-A-Rescue program. Not only will you be able to enjoy a new way to Hunt Easter Eggs you will also be supporting a local horse rescue.

If bad weather arises, the reschedule date is April 26th-28th. Right to reschedule due to weather is solely reserved for Ride-A-Rescue to decide
