Description:
Virginia Tech's Habitat for Humanity presents their Friday Shack-A-Thon events including a Talent Show and Pie in the Face on Friday, April 12, 2019 outside in the Squires Student Center Plaza.

Schedule:
• 6:00-8:00 pm: Talent Show
• 8:00-9:00 pm: Pie In The Face

Shack-a-Thon is an annual fundraising event hosted by Habitat for Humanity at Virginia Tech. Twelve qualified charity organizations at Virginia Tech build 8'x8' shacks, and collect donations for Habitat for Humanity while living out of the shacks they have constructed over the course of a week.

Enjoy the annual Shack-A-Thon Talent Show and throw a pie in the face of one one of the competing teams.

Most of the activities require a monetary donation which is usually $5.00 or less.

All proceeds and donations from this event go towards funding student designed, led, and built Habitat homes in the New River Valley area.
