Description:
Blacksburg Community Strings presents their 20th Annual Spring Concert on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Blacksburg Middle School.

Join us for an afternoon of live classical music including guest artist Kari Jukka-Pekka Vainio on cello.

The program includes:

- "Variations on a Rococo Theme for cello" by Tchaikovsky
- Dances from "Rodeo" by Copland
- "Valse Triste" by Sibelius
- "Chanson de Nuit" and "Chanson de Matin" by Elgar
- "Soirees Musicales" by Britten

As always, admission is free and open to the public. No tickets required, but donations will be accepted and appreciated.
