Description:
The Draper Blooms Tea Garden presents a Six Week Kick Start Keto Class starting on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 and continuing each Tuesday through Tuesday, June 25, 2019.

Kickstart your Keto lifestyle with our six-week Keto class. At each meeting we will go over the foundations and science behind Keto, taste Keto snacks, and more!

Classes will be offered both at 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm each Tuesday. Each class session is approximately one hour long.

Things you will receive each class:

• Informational handouts about Keto, and lifestyle change (this is not a diet!) with a trained facilitator
• Keto snack and delicious infused waters and other Keto drinks
• Keto Recipe Cards
• Personal discussion time at the end of each class

Bring a small three ring binder to hold your information about Keto for each class.
