This event is the official Summer of Love Party in Floyd for the Virginia is for Lovers 50 Years of Love Celebration. This hot funk rock and soul dance band is perfect for the party!

Our Summer of Love Party will have groovy tunes, groovy photo opps, slide show of Floyd in 1969, and tap takeover with Starr Hills The Love wheat beer and food lovers special coursed meal packages for couples.

Hustle Souls is a high energy soul band based in Asheville, NC who are quickly growing in reputation from Tennessee to Washington, DC as one of the most exciting bands in the south.

Four-part vocal harmonies and deep soul grooves, brilliantly voiced guitar chords, New Orleans trumpet, a slight southern twang and the most creative rhythm section seen in a long time. Hustle Souls create music that sparks nostalgia from Mo-town to the Delta but is undeniably fresh and new. This is the band you have been looking for.

Virginia is for Lovers logo turns 50 this year and Floyd, VA is celebrating with Virginia Tourism with 50 days of Celebration in Floyd from July 27th through September 14th with special events, promotions and products.
