The Institute for Creativity, Arts, and Technology (ICAT) and the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech presents "Sounds in Space" on Sunday, August 11, 2019 as part of Cube Fest 2019 which starts on Thursday, August 8, 2019 through Sunday, August 11, 2019.

Cube Fest is an annual spatial music festival that brings together a group of international music and audio technology experts, computer engineers, musicians, and composers who will present performances of original compositions created for the Cube and preexisting works.
Sounds in Space Description:
"Sounds in Space" features massively multichannel music compositions from five artists who will utilize the Cube’s 140 speakers. The composed pieces will bring each artist’s perspective through visual and auditory experiences. Guests will experience these works in the world-leading immersive audio environment known as the Cube.

• Nicola Giannini: Eyes Draw Circles of Light
• PerMagnus Lindborg: Graviton Dance
• Christopher Coleman: Lakapati
• Leah Reid: Sk(etch)
Tickets are $10.00 and free for Virginia Tech students.
