Radford University presents the 2019 Radford University Alumni Village and Homecoming Concert with The Deloreans as part of Homecoming 2019 Weekend on Saturday, October 26, 2019 on Moffett Lawn.

Join the largest Homecoming 2019 event of the weekend! This year's Alumni Village will include a free concert by 80's tribute band The Deloreans. Wear your best 80's outfit and let's rock out on Moffett Lawn!

Activities include:
• Men's Lacrosse Alumni Game with the Highlander Pipes and Drums kicking off the game
• Chariot Races: Don't miss the return of the Greek Chariot Races as the special halftime program during the Lacrosse game
• Parade of Tents: Affinity student groups and campus departments can request a small tent, table, and chairs to decorate and showcase their school spirit for their returning alumni! The Highlander Spirit Rock will be presented at the lacrosse halftime to the winner.
• Food Trucks with Beast of the Streets, Tacos El Tio and Homestead Creamery

The Deloreans are a seasoned showband comprised of six distinct vocalists that cover the most memorable artists and nostalgic songs of the 1980s. Each band member is featured throughout the show, making this band’s most notable attribute its unmatched variety. The Deloreans is known for their dynamic ‘80s costumes, unstoppable energy and their ability to bring down the house every time.

From small intimate weddings to city events drawing tens of thousands, the Deloreans have performed all over the East Coast since 2007. With a playlist of songs topping 10 hours, the Deloreans can tailor their show to a variety of settings and meet the needs of any crowd. No matter the size or venue, the Deloreans always leaves the crowd chanting, “one more song!”

The Deloreans’ members are professional, seasoned performers. Collectively, they have performed in more than six countries, for several heads of state and for three sitting US Presidents. With over 2,000 shows under their belt, their talent is finely tuned and their show is time-proven.

Admission is free and the general public is welcome.

A Totally RAD VIP Experience is available for $30.00 for adults and $20.00 for minors 6 and older and current Radford University students and free for youth 5 and under. The VIP Experience will include seating, food, unlimited non-alcohol beverages, one complimentary ticket to the private beverage truck (beer/wine available for purchase with cash), 80s retro sunglasses and prime location to watch the concert. Adult beverages will be available for those who are 21 & older and are not current Radford University students.
