The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts presents the Virginia Tech Wind Ensemble and Symphony Band in concert on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Moss Arts Center.

Join the Virginia Tech Wind Ensemble and Symphony Band for an evening of wind band masterworks and contemporary compositions.

The Wind Ensemble will perform a program entitled “Metamorphosis” which includes works that have undergone transformations in varied fashions. Lovers of opera, organ music, fanfares, symphonic repertoire, and marches will find themselves taken on a journey of musical twists and turns.

The Symphony Band will perform a mix of classic band literature and some contemporary works as they open the first half the concert.

Tickets are $10.00 for the general public and $7.00 for students.
