The Warm Hearth Village Center presents a Rejuvenation Qiqong Class every Friday from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm in the Fitness Center.
Jump-start 2020 with techniques for relaxed energy, supple movement and radiant well-being. Discover a simple set of qigong, breathing and joint rotation exercises to enhance your mobility, reduce stress and tension, stimulate circulation, detox the body through stimulation of the lymph system and speed up recovery.
The cost is a $10.00 drop in fee or a $75.00 monthly membership.
The fees allow access to the aquatic and land classes and equipment.
The Fitness Center is located at 2387 Warm Hearth Drive in Blacksburg, VA.
