Blue Ridge Motion presents Go Outdoors Parkour and Ninja Camp 1 as an emergency day camp for the state of Virginia school closures starting on Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, March 20, 2020 meeting from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.

To help parents with current school schedule changes we are hosting two weeks of day camps. we will be doing lots of outdoor training, games and activities for kiddos ages 7 and older. Spending time outside in the sunshine is great for your immune system and tough on viruses. Our facility is also well ventilated so when we aren't able to be outside due to weather concerns, we can train, play and enjoy stuff inside. The bulk of our activities will be outdoors when they can be.

For the health and wellness of everyone involved, Please do not admit your child if they have been sick within the past two weeks, and or are showing symptoms of sickness such as coughing and fever, runny nose, etc. Or if you have been traveling outside of the US or state of Virginia within the past two weeks.

We will be doing a daily sanitation of the gym over the next weeks of camps and will be taking measures to ensure cleanliness as well as regular handwashing.

We will also be training the kids on sanitation practices, best health practices for your immune system (health, nutrition, rest, exercise, clean water, fresh air, sunshine, etc.) to help educate everyone to be as healthy as they can during times of concern like this.

If your kiddo signs up, please bring lunch, some snacks and bottled water. Maybe also bring wet water gear and a towel in case we do some water games if the weather is hot enough. We will also have time for them to do their academic related activities, so they can bring their laptops or devices as well.

We look forward to helping the community through this time and to help educate everyone to make good practices for their overall health.
