In Balance Yoga presents a Community Gentle Pool Yoga Class on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the Blacksburg Aquatic Center.

Relax in the water while improving your flexibility and range of motion. This Gentle Pool Yoga class is offered free as a Community Class by In Balance Yoga.

Find gentle movement with the water supporting you.

The free class will be offered every other Monday afternoon through December 21, 2020.

There is a limit of eight participants per class session.
