Montgomery County Parks and Recreation is offering a virtual Halloween costume contest for children ages 12 and under.
Email us a picture at mcpr@montgomerycountyva.gov to enter along with the parent and child's name and age.
Entries must be received no later than Saturday, October 31st.
The winner will be announced on November 2nd at https://montgomerycountyva.gov/parks-and-rec and on our social media pages.
