In Balance and Mountain 2 Island presents Paddleboard Yoga on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Rock House Marina.

Join us for Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in Claytor Lake. All levels are welcome.

The drop-in cost is $20.00 per person and includes both the paddleboard rental and the class.

Parking at the marina is free.

Rock House Marina is located at 3776 Rockhouse Road in Pulaski, VA. Take Exit 98 off Interstate 81, take a left off the exit, drive for 1/2 mile and the marina is on the left.
