Carilion Clinic Community Health and Outreach presents a Free Tai Chi Class every Tuesday from Tuesday, January 2, 2024 through Tuesday, April 30, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM inside Pearisburg First United Methodist Church.

Looking for a way to reduce stress? Join us for a free tai chi class indoors. Often described as "meditation in motion," tai chi promotes relaxation through gentle, flowing movements. Together we will practice mind-body connection techniques to improve mental health and well-being.

Admission is free.

Registration is not required, just show up.

Pearisburg First United Methodist Church is located at 1101 Valley View Drive in Pearisburg, VA.
