Try this fun high-energy dance class with fun routines that are meant to a make you you sweat! You will burn calories, improve rhythm, and have a blast while working out. Dancing for exercise can greatly improve your mental and physical state while releasing endorphins for stress relief.

The cost is $10.00 per class.
