New River Vineyard & Winery presents Yoga in the Vines on Saturday, August 7, 2021.

UnWINE'd with us at Yoga in the Vines. This is a fun and gentle introduction to basic breathing techniques, pose alignment, meditation and relaxation. Yoga has the potential to influence every part of your being and help you create a more balanced, healthy body, calm mind and deeper connection to your soul or intuition.

Instructors from Downey Dog Yoga will lead students through the class, which will be followed by a large wine slushy.

Tickets are $24.00 per person plus tax and include the yoga class and a large wine slushy.

No reservations are required. The class will start promptly at 4:00 PM.

All ages, body types and fitness levels are welcome though must be 21 or older to enjoy the wine.

Participants should bring your own mat.

Due to the nature of the event being held outside In the occurrence of rain or storms the yoga and wine will be cancelled.
