Description:
Glencoe Mansion, Museum & Gallery and Friends of the Blue Ridge continues The Glencoe Sessions with Pythagoras on Friday, October 4, 2024.

This exciting new musical collaboration with rising bluegrass star Addie Levy is called "The Glencoe Sessions." The series provides for an intimate listening experience with a diverse array of musical talent from our Blue Ridge region. "The Glencoe Sessions" will be held the first Friday of each month from September to December within the historic Glencoe Mansion.

Forged in the heart of Johnson City, Tennessee, Pythagoras pushes the boundaries of bluegrass and acoustic music! If you like the hard-driving bluegrass of artists like Flatt & Scruggs and Tony Rice, groovy fiddle tunes, jam bands like the Grateful Dead, and ample original material, you’ll love Pythagoras’ sound.

Pythagoras has played festivals, listening rooms, private events, and has toured overseas! Their passion and drive for the music they play shines through in their performances.
