St. John's Episcopal Church continues their Music on the Corner series with "Fascinating Rhythm with Richard Masters" on Friday, February 7, 2025 in Roanoke, VA.
The next offering in the Music on the Corner free concert series is titled Fascinating Rhythm's featuring Virginia Tech piano professor Richard Masters, for an evening of classical music mixed with excerpts from the Great American Songbook. Masters puts an exciting new spin on the classics and old favorites. This is not your piano teacher’s concert!
Professor Masters has performed throughout the United States and Europe, appearing at Carnegie Hall, the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library, the Schola Cantorum in Paris, and most recently, at the English Music Festival in Oxfordshire, England.
An informal Meet the Artist reception will be held immediately following the concert.
Families are welcome, but the concert is not suitable for small children.
The program will be held in the historic St. John’s Episcopal Church at 6:00 PM on Friday evening, February 7th.
St. John's Episcopal Church is located at 1 Mountain Avenue at the corner of Jefferson and Elm Streets in downtown Roanoke, VA.
