Warm Hearth Village Center presents the program "Staying Upright: The Brain Science Behind Balance and Falls" on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Learn how to stay upright, strong and safe! Why do we lose our balance as we age? This fascinating and practical session explores the science behind balance and falls, especially in older adults.

Join us for an engaging talk led by returning expert speaker Kylee Smith, who will break down how the brain, inner ear, vision, and muscle strength all work together, or sometimes against us, as we age.

Whether you're concerned about fall risks, caring for a loved one, or simply curious, this session is full of valuable insights.

Admission is free and open to the public.
