The Christopher Wren Singers (Band)

Biography:

The Christopher Wren Singers were founded in 1987 by a group of co-ed students with a common passion for a cappella choral music. We are William and Mary's oldest a cappella group. Through the years we've stuck to this tradition, and thus our repertoire is a little different than the average a cappella group on campus!

Our classical tastes have broadened through the years, as we began with strictly madrigals and Renaissance (or Wren-aissance as we like to call it!). Currently our repertoire still includes those genres, but we have expanded to everything from Eric Whitacre to Ola Gjeilo to our own take on modern artists like Alt-J and the occasional Disney classic.
