Scaggs & Surface (Band)
Biography:
Glenn Scaggs and Allen Surface are multi-instrumentalists from the New River Valley area. They play in several bluegrass groups in the area and Glenn is a dynamic songwriter. They’ve recently teamed up as a duet. They play original tunes along with folk songs, country and bluegrass.
