The Eastmont Community Foundation presents the 2021 ShawsVegas Casino Night with a western theme on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Meadowbrook Center. Casino Night is the Eastmont Community Foundation’s major annual fundraiser. You’ll enjoy a fabulous night with blackjack, roulette, poker, craps tables, slot machines and horse racing. Also enjoy some barbecue and enjoy gaming with the sounds of Creative Entertainment of Roanoke. There is also a raffle, silent and live auctions. Tickets include dinner, drink ticket and $10,000 in playing chips for gaming. Tickets are $50.00 per person and are available online and at the Waldron Fitness & Wellness Center inside the Meadowbrook Center. While the gaming is for show, the real winner will be Eastmont Community Foundation. ShawVegas Casino Night is an important fundraiser for the Mountain Valley Charitable Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is enhancing the quality of life in eastern Montgomery County, VA. Since 2004, it has raised more than $1.8 million for the Meadowbrook Center which features the Waldron Wellness Center, the Meadowbrook Public Library, a community center, a recreation room and museum.
