St. Albans continues their 2021 Haunted House titled "Unhinged" every Friday and Saturday through Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 7:00 pm until midnight each night. Visit one of Virginia's best haunted houses this Halloween season! Saint Albans Sanatorium is a historical facility that began life in 1892 as a Lutheran boys' school. The school closed in 1911 and reopened in 1916 as an institution to treat the mentally ill. After the closing of medical facility in the 1990s, the facility has been open to paranormal investigators and the general public. Numerous television shows and paranormal celebrities have visited the confines of St. Albans and it is claimed to be one of the most active paranormal locations on the East Coast. Both line jump ($30.00) and general admission ($20.00) tickets are available. Line Jump tickets let you skip the lines and get right into the attraction and are only available online. Limited parking available on site. Masks are required for all guests. The haunted house is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Guests arriving in an intoxicated state or under the influence of any substance, will not be allowed in. Photography is not permitted inside the haunted house.
