Join us for the 1st Rum Class Series with special guest Greg Hill, Founder of the Royal Rum Society and Richmond Rum Society along with the developer of the Rummelier program for rum education. He has taken countless distillery tours along with attending many "tasting" sessions at drinking establishments around the world. In fact, his personal collection consists of over 400 Rums. He really likes Rum! He is also the owner a Sales Training/Education/Enablement company and consults for a Fortune 150 corporation. Greg will discuss flavor profiles, how Rum is made, different styles, terroir, the history of Rum and much more! He will lead you through six different Rums for the first beginner class and we will have paired small plates to accompany each of the Rums. The cost is $70.00 per person.
