Downtown Blacksburg Inc. presents the 2021 Downtown Blacksburg Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Enjoy trick or treating for children ages 0-12 sponsored by Merchants in Downtown Blacksburg. Shop a bit at the many merchants and then enjoy many participating businesses. Candy and "Teal Pumpkin" (non-candy) treats will be available for the children. There will also be a costume contest for ages 0-12 at 5:30 PM outside The Lyric. College Avenue will be closed off for the Blacksburg Parks and Rec games and special time with the Blacksburg Police and Virginia Tech Rescue Squad.
