Meadowbrook Public Library and Virginia Cooperative Extension presents the class "Healthy Eating for Cooking For Your Family Using an Instant Pot" as part of their four week series on Monday, October 10, 2022. Join us to learn how to make affordable, healthy snacks and meals using an instant pot for your family. Receive free cooking utensils at each class and have your name enter for an instant pot and cookbook on completion of the four weeks series. Activities will be provided for children 3 and older.
