Springhouse Downtown in Floyd, Virginia presents the Puppet Collective Community Meeting on Friday, February 3, 2023. The Springhouse Downtown Puppet Collective would like to invite you to the first community workshop. We will explore themes for collective storytelling through giant puppetry and plan and brainstorm a community puppet event to happen this Spring. Puppets hold the power to open pathways to understanding, invite play and allow for deeper connections and deeper storytelling in our community. Please join us in imagining how giant puppets in Floyd can lead to a more equitable, just and beautiful community. Admission is free and all are welcome.
