Mountain Lake Lodge continues their Sunday Mountain Music Series with Chickenwings & Gravy on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the Salt Pond Pub. Stop by Salt Pond Pub every Sunday starting Memorial Day weekend through August for live music and delicious food & drinks. Perfect for relaxing with the whole family (furry friends welcome too) after a day of hiking Mountain Lake's 22 miles of trails. Bill, Rich and Tom are an electric Chicago-style blues and Americana trio. Enjoy originals and classic blues in the styles of Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Slim Harpo, and Chickenwings & Gravy. They are among the few ensembles performing the authentic Chicago blues in southwestern Virginia today. With their originals and covers, they are carrying the genre into the 21st Century.
