Blacksburg Library presents the Community Quilting Bee's program "Quilting by Hand" on Sunday, September 24, 2023. Bindings are the finishing touch to a quilt. Examples will be shared and basic techniques demonstrated for the outer edge of a quilt. Whether you are a beginner or advanced quilter come and share your passion for working with fabric.
