Healthy Floyd and Floyd County Parks and Recreation hosts the 2023 Healthy Floyd 5K Run / Walk on Saturday, September 23, 2023 beginning and ending at Floyd County Recreation Park. Race Schedule: • 9:00-9:45 AM: Race Day Registration • 10:00 AM: Race Starts • 11:30 AM: Awards Ceremony & After Party at Buffalo Mountain Brewery The run / walk will take you through the beautiful trails and grounds of the park. You must be able to complete the run / walk by 11:30 AM. An awards ceremony and after-party will be held immediately following the race. The top three men and women overall will receive awards. Meet us next door on the front grounds of Buffalo Mountain Brewery and then stay for their annual Fall Festival. T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered before Wednesday, September 6th. The cost for the 5K is 25.00 for registration received before August 15, 2023 and $30.00 for registration after August 15th.
