Time: 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Venue: Giles County Sheriff's Office
Description: The Giles County Sheriff's Office presents Operation Save Halloween 6.0 on Tuesday, October 31, 2024.

Back by popular demand, Operation Save Halloween is a safe trick-or-treating event hosted by the Giles County Sheriff's Office and supported by several local businesses, organizations, and individuals in Giles County. This is a walk through trick-or-treat with parking available on site and nearby.

We are pleased to announce that WNRV The Ridge will be joining us once again for our Operation Save Halloween playing some spooky tunes along with local organizations, churches, businesses and more.

The event started in 2019 and has continued to grow every year, with the number of trick-or-treaters teetering on 900. The event has become one of the largest one-stop trick-or-treat locations in Giles County

Join the fun and fill your buckets with treats and goodies!

We are also looking for candy donations and those who want to set up and hand out candy. If you would like to help out in that way, please purchase a bag of individually wrapped candy and drop it by our donation box in the Sheriff's Office lobby. For those wanting to set up to hand out candy on behalf of their business, organization, club, or church, contact April Blankenship or Scott Moye at 540-921-3842.

The Giles County Sheriff's Office is located 1 Taylor Avenue in Pearisburg, VA.
