New River Community Action wraps up their Community Training Series and Summer Movie Series with the film "The New Drug Talk" on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at their Fairlawn Campus. Friends with teens and tweens in your life, check out this free opportunity to learn about protecting them from the dangers of social media, mental health stressors and the changing drug market and you can enjoy some popcorn and drinks, too! In this film, learn how Fentanyl has changed the drug landscape, and how we have to change how we talk to our kids. The series is intended for family viewing with kiddos 5th grade and up.
