The Blacksburg Library presents an Adult Sewing Class titled "Apron Embellishments" on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Ready to dress up an apron with charm and character? Have a great apron with an old company logo or one with stains? Bring your own apron or choose one of our thrifted finds, then layer on buttons, patches, lace, doilies, pockets, yarn, embroidery or what sparks joy. A cozy, hand sewing session for all levels wishing to learn creative textile ingenuity. Supplies needed: apron to embellish and your creativity. Everything else will be provided.
