Description:
The YMCA of Pulaski County presents the 3rd Annual Push / Pull Competition on Saturday, February 13, 2021.

Show off your strength and compete with others in classes by gender, weight and age. We will be following social distancing and safety measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 during this event.

Categories include bench only, deadlift only, and combined categories in three age classes. Competitors get three tries to lift their max weight in both the deadlift and the bench press. Lifting will begin at 11:00 am.

Age Classes:
• Junior (Ages 16-19)
• Open (Ages 20-39)
• Masters (Ages 40 and older)

Weigh-ins will start at 7:00 AM and must be completed 10:00 AM.

The cost for the competition is $20.00 for YMCA members and $30.00 for non-members and $15.00 for juniors. Day of registration is an additional $5.00. Audience members are free.

Proceeds and donations will benefit by improving the Pulaski YMCA Weight Room. In the past competitors allowed the YMCA to reupholster the benches and purchase new equipment.
