NRV Cares presents the 21st Annual Virtual Gala and Auction on Saturday, March 13, 2021.

Enjoy the live program airing online starting at 7:30 pm. In addition, bid on the online auction opening on Thursday, March 11th at noon. We have incredible auction items such as beautiful jewelry, artwork, gift cards to delicious local eateries and much, much more!

NRV CARES is an organization in the New River Valley that provides child advocacy, resources, education and services. Our program areas include CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Parent Education including Parenting Young Children Courses, Circle of Parents Support Group, Parenting Through Separation and Divorce Seminars, and Parenting workshops and Community Education programs ("Hugs and Kisses" plays, Stewards of Children trainings, the Pinwheels for Prevention campaign to increase awareness of child abuse/neglect, events for the community concerning child welfare issues, and many more).

NRV CARES’ mission is to strengthen families and protect children with a vision of our NRV free of child abuse.
