Description:
The Association for India's Development (AID), Blacksburg chapter presents a Shahi-Tukra Cook Along Class on Zoom on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
AID Blacksburg presents a series of virtual cook-along classes, where we break down easy-to-cook Indian recipes.
In this class, our third of the series, we will cook Shahi Tukra, an Indian dessert. Shahi Tukra literally means 'Royal Slice', a name befitting this decadent Mughlai dessert that is deceptively easy to put together. This class will also be a part of the Virtual International Street Fair being organized by the Cranwell International Center at Virginia Tech.
The ingredient list for the class will be provided to participants a couple of days before the class. Please register here at:
https://forms.gle/3jWNSPTNfdn4X8EM6.
No previous experience necessary.
The Zoom link for the class is:

There is no entry fee to the class. However, we encourage donations to AID Blacksburg. All proceeds will fund grassroots development projects in India aimed at expanding access to clean water and other basic needs of marginalized communities.
