The Wilderness Road Regional Museum presents their annual Patriots and Peonies Service on Memorial Day on Monday, May 31, 2021 at the Historic Newbern Cemetery.
Join us for the Annual Memorial Day remembrance in the Newbern Cemetery as we place flags and flowers on the soldiers lost in conflict. A guided walking tour will share a short history of each soldier as participants decorate the graves with flags and peonies.
Tours at the museum will also be available before and after the cemetery event.
Parking will be available below the Wilderness Road Regional Museum on Towes Ferry Road.
