Blacksburg Wine Lab presents The World of Sherry Class on Monday, June 28, 2021.

These aren't your grandma's sherries!

Don Carlstrom with Free Run Wine Merchants will be at the Wine Lab to walk you through the diverse flavors and styles of Southern Spain.

Taste the nuances of each style, learn about the solera aging system, the history of the Bodgeas in which they are made, the unique flor, and the traditional food pairings with each style.

- El Maestro Sierra Fino
- La Cigarrera Manzanilla
- El Maestro 12yr Amontillado
- Cesar Florido Cream
- Grant Oloroso Grant
- Cesar Florido Moscatel

The tasting also includes a tapas assortment featuring our tinned seafood, marcona almonds, Spanish cheeses/meats, and artisanal Iberian chocolate, perfectly paired to each wine.
