The Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley presents "NRV Reveries", a Jeremy Riffe Photo Exhibit with an Artist Talk and Reception on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
The Fine Arts Center is featuring the photographs of local photographer, Jeremy Riffe, in a new exhibit titled "NRV Reveries" in the Edna B. Love Gallery. Riffe will present a short artist’s talk at 7:00 PM.
"NRV Reveries" focuses on the beauty of Pulaski and surrounding counties. This exhibit includes many pieces that have never been shown before and the first 20 guests of the reception will receive a free print.
Photographer Jeremy Riffe enjoys capturing the way light interacts with a space. That space can be a building, structure, or any natural space in our region. Riffe describes himself as an Appalachian photographer and he enjoys taking hikes with his son to scout out locations for his art work. Once found, he may return time and again to observe the setting in just the right light to capture it with his camera.
Riffe’s exhibit, "NRV Reveries", is available in the Edna B. Love Gallery at the Fine Arts Center now through September 30th.
The public is invited and admission is free.
