Watch the Virginia Tech Football team continue their 2021 regular football season and compete against ACC Conference opponent Pittsburgh during their Homecoming Game on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Lane Stadium.

Game Day Schedule:
• 12:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Hokie Village Fan Festival
• 1:00 PM: Hokie Walk on Beamer Way
• 1:30 PM: Gates Open
• 2:30 PM: March to Victory with bands & cheerleaders starting in Chicken Hill
• 3:30 PM: Kick-Off for Game

The Pittsburgh game is the Maroon Effect game. Attendees will be asked to wear maroon to the game. The game also serves as the 2021 Homecoming game.

The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.

Face value for tickets to the Pitt game range from $65.00-$100.00 depending on seat location.

For the first time in its 56-year history, Lane Stadium will offer beer and seltzers for purchase on the concourses for those ages 21 and older.

In efforts to improve the flow and speed of transactions on all concourses of Lane, Virginia Tech Athletics introduces all cashless concessions for the first time.

The Hokie Village Fan Festival will be open 3.5 hours before the game starting and close 45 minutes before kickoff. For this game, fans can enjoy live music featuring Caeland Garner, interactive activities include a petting zoo and an inflatable mechanical bull. The wrestling and women's basketball teams will also be signing autographs. Fans can enjoy food trucks and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all season long, with some additional options available in the circle drive on the West Side of Cassell Coliseum. At various games throughout the season, fans will find a rock climbing wall, a petting zoo and a bungee trampoline.
