Embark Pediatric and Family Chiropractic presents Family Yoga and Painting in the Courtyard on Saturday, September 11, 2021.

Join us for Family Day in the courtyard! Family yoga will begin at 11:00 AM and is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. At noon, we will create mindful mandala paintings with Creative Canvas of the New River Valley

Family yoga is free. Painting is $15.00 per canvas.

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on.

This event will be held outside in the courtyard adjacent to 307 West Main Street in Radford, VA.
