In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC hosts a Free Yoga Class Fundraiser for The Future Economy Collective offered both in-person and online on Zoom on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

All are invited to a donations-based, pay-what-you-chose, yoga class with the theme "Letting Go". The donations will go to support Future Economy Collective

This Foundational Yoga Class is great for beginners, first-timers and experienced yogis alike. The class is taught by the 2021 Kunga Yoga Teacher Trainees from In Balance Yoga Studio.

The Future Economy Collective is a community-led, volunteer-run 501c3 in Southwest Virginia, dedicated to creating collaborative community spaces that support skill-sharing, advocating the arts, providing accessible education, maintaining a minimal environmental impact, strengthening community ties and collective liberation.
