Claytor Lake State Park presents the Claytor Lake Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

Please join us at the Gazebo behind the Howe House for Claytor Lake State Park's Outdoor Holiday Celebration. Enjoy the natural light of December's full moon as it rises over the lake early in the evening as well as the festive lights in the Gazebo area. There will be a warm fire, crafts, and hot chocolate, along with performances of Christmas carols on hand bells.

We are also adding underwater lights to the lake for the fishes. Hopefully a few critters will be attracted to the lights and join the festivities. Come and take a stroll along the shoreline or bring chairs and blankets as you rest by the fire. We look forward to welcoming you to the park.

The holiday lights are donated by the Claytor Lake State Park Ambassadors, the park volunteer Friend's group. Donations are greatly appreciated. Please visit http://claytorlakespa.org to donate, become a member, or for information.

Admission is free through the $7.00 daily parking fee applies. Pay with cash or check at the Contact Station using self-pay envelopes or with a credit card by visiting http://vasp.fun/Parking.
