Science on Tap - New River Valley presents the program "Exploring Community Wealth Building through Performance Art" on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Rising Silo Farm Brewery in Blacksburg, VA.

For many, our current economic models no longer ensure our basic human needs are met. However, other worlds are possible, but we can't create those worlds without you. Join performance artist Steven T. Licardi and new economics thinker Ralph Hall for this interactive performance-lecture as we imagine, explore, and develop Community Wealth-Building in our communities.

Science on Tap - New River Valley is a monthly event with science-inspired speakers, performers, and discussions. We support bringing science to our community and our community’s support to local research.

We kick off the event with games, comedy, or other fun things. Then, an invited guest researcher demos their research. And then we'll discuss, ask questions, learn together and mingle.
