Eastern Divide Brewing presents Valentine's Day Dinner for Two on Friday, February 11, 2022 and Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM each night.

Spend the weekend of Valentine's Day with a delicious dinner for two, paired with a pint of our new specialty brew, Love Machine, a decadent dessert stout brewed with sour raspberries and chocolate.

Valentine's Dinner Menu:

- Choice of Starter:
• A hearty Shrimp Bisque dashed with an herbaceous chive oil
OR
• A smooth Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque topped with a sunflower seed crunch

- Choice of Entree:
• A Molasses Stout glazed Cornish Hen served with a sweet potato and rosemary dauphinoise and side of fresh sautéed green beans with bacon and onion.
OR
• A White Bean & Mushroom Ragout topped with cheesy polenta and krispy kale and a dashing of chive oil. (Vegetarian option)

- Dessert:
• Tiramisu for Two | Orange Essence Mascarpone
• Red Rooster Coffee | Cocoa
