Join the Wine Lab Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 3:30 PM for a special Northeastern Spanish wine tasting and Jamón pairing.

We'll be opening 7 different wines ranging from a white aged in old sherry barrels, a bright rose to the big reds of Rioja, Priorat and Ribera del Duero.

To pair with the wines: Jamón 3 ways!

Jamón is a kind of dry-cured ham produced in Spain. It is one of the most globally recognized food items of Spanish cuisine. It is also regularly a component of tapas

Jamón line-up includes:
• Iberico acorn-fed from Spain
• Lady Edition Extra Fancy Ham from North Carolina
• Edwards Aged Ham from Virginia

Along with other regional inspired bites.

The cost is $120.00 per person and a $10.00 deposit is required to reserve your seat and then will take that off your bill at the end of the night.
