Benny Marzano's hosts the 2022 Benny's Invitational Pizza Eating Championship, an officially sanctioned Major League Eating Event, on Saturday, April 16, 2022.
Major League Eating is coming to Blacksburg, VA! This inaugural event will showcase the Virginia Slice in the spiritual home of pizza, Blacksburg. Pre-game with us at the Benny's Invitational before the Spring Game and enjoy some Benny's pizza and other local favorites.
$2,800 will be up for grabs for the competitive eaters.
Benny’s Pizza is a Virginia institution. Their 28-inch pies are as delicious as they are satisfying, beloved by citizens of that great Commonwealth and beyond her borders. Benny’s was founded on the idea of fitting the highest-quality ingredients into the fastest two-handed meal for $5. As they have expanded, they have continued to perfect Benny’s recipe to include the very best all-American grown ingredients.
Free admission and t-shirts while supplies last.
Doors open at 2:00 PM and the event starts at 2:30 PM.
